Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology/AI-focused organization.
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in education and technology.
• Demonstrated communication skills to explain complex statistics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with educational technology or leaders is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of project management tools and methodologies experience, including JIRA.
• Familiarity with SageMaker and Weights and Biases is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge communication between AI, product marketing, product management, and legal teams.
• Work closely with engineering teams and technical program managers for alignment on AI R&D and engineering development schedules.
• Drive project execution to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
