Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role within a technology or AI-focused organization.
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in education and technology.
• Ability to communicate complex statistics simply to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in educational technology or with educational leaders is highly desirable.
• 5+ years experience with project management tools and methodologies, including JIRA.
• Experience in facilitating alignment between R&D and engineering schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in bridging communication between AI, product marketing, product management, and legal teams.
• Work closely with engineering teams and technical program managers for alignment on R&D and engineering schedules.
• Drive project execution and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
