Requirements:

• Active LCSW or LPC license.
• Complete a minimum of 12 sessions per week when clients are most active.
• Have an energetic and ambitious attitude.
• Access to high-speed internet is required.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Demonstrate excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Have proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic counseling via telehealth to Backpack’s pediatric and adolescent population (ages 4-26).
• Utilize expertise to deliver Backpack Healthcare’s Mission of providing high-quality care to children and families.
• Manage varying acuity levels and client populations as needed.
