Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ experience in an office support role focused on logistics or similar areas.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and asset tracking.
• In-depth understanding of relevant fleet systems and transportation safety standards.
• Extensive experience in logistics management, ideally in the humanitarian sector.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases like Netsuite, SmartSheets, and Adaptive Insights.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HALO’s Fleet and Logistics department.
• Manage vehicle availability and maintenance, ensuring drivers are qualified.
• Monitor and control inventory, spare parts, and logistics procedures.
• Track supply requests and coordinate equipment dispatch to field teams.
• Conduct spot checks for compliance and efficiency in fleet management.
