• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to account health and performance.
• Lead the handling of complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Drive internal and external business reviews and maintain transparency through clear reporting.
• Enhance Owner satisfaction and loyalty by providing top-tier support.
• Guide financial advice to Owners focusing on profitability and sustainable growth.
• Support growth and expansion initiatives, identifying strategies for success.
