Pre Sales Consultant

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Pre Sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record in B2B technology sales, focusing on new business development.
• Deep understanding of the CPaaS industry, including multiple communication channels.
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot/Salesforce), presentation tools, Jira, Slack, and Google-Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and value.
• Develop and implement Pre Sales strategies for Call Center and/or CPaaS use-cases.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals and sales collateral.
• Provide technical support and address complex customer inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
