Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Experience in financial management or business unit controller role, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Proven expertise in the Brazilian financial market essential.
• Strong communication skills and financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with teams for accurate financial projections.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian financial regulations.
• Lead preparation of accurate financial reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks within the business unit.
• Serve as a financial advisor to business unit leaders.
