• Work experience as a talent manager or similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and manage the careers of social media influencers and creators in the beauty and lifestyle space.
• Recruit clients that align with TalentX verticals.
• Assist clients in finding resources, brand deals/sponsorships, and connections to enhance their careers.
• Schedule and manage client calendars.
• Negotiate contracts and bookings for clients.
• Help maintain clients' professional images and social media presence.
• Manage project finances, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Create performance evaluations and pitch decks to support client goals.
