Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is strongly preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources focusing on employee relations and HR compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Deep understanding of U.S. employment law, especially multi-state regulations, is required.
• Tech savvy, including Microsoft Office and various HRIS platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ethical standards for handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, improving morale and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct investigations into employee relations matters.
• Support organizational changes and develop initiatives for enhancing employee experience.
• Manage HR processes and maintain accurate records.
• Leverage data and HR metrics for informed decision-making.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.
• Contribute to strategic goals through special projects.
