Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Coordinator, with increasing responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing Leave of Absence administration.
  • Familiarity with ADA accommodations.
  • Experience with non-exempt populations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS systems is required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal teams and brokers on benefits and renewals.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
  • Champion wellness programs and ensure proper communication.
  • Coordinate with third-party leave administrator on eligibility and documentation.
  • Advise and train employees on leave policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with payroll and managers on leave management and ADA accommodations.
