Senior Integrations Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in systems integration, focusing on SaaS, EDI, and order integrations.
• Experience with Javascript, SQL, data transformation, and integration tools like cData or Mulesoft.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer functional processes to design, configure, and implement integration solutions.
• Serve as subject matter expert for integration, APIs, and data transformation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable EDI & API solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of 3rd party integration APIs and handle error transactions.
• Manage integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely deployment and client satisfaction.
• Perform unit testing/QA of integrations.
