Integrations Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in systems integration, focusing on SaaS, EDI, and order integrations.
• Familiarity with typical warehouse EDI document types.
• Experience with basic Javascript, SQL, data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques and tools.
• Experience with an integration tool (C Data, Mulesoft, etc.).
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer functional processes to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions.
• Serve as key subject matter expert on integration, APIs, and data transformation for customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including integration specifications and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with teams including Onboarding and Product Managers.
• Develop scalable EDI & API integration solutions adhering to best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of core 3rd party integration APIs.
• Manage integration projects from inception to completion.
• Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed documentation.
• Perform unit testing/QA of integrations.
