Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in roles focused on interviewing and screening.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-caliber professionals.
  • Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing talent and understanding what makes a great teacher.
  • Comfortable with recruitment and communication tools like Zoom, LinkedIn, and Hubspot.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team, evaluating both their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission.
  • Communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors.
  • Make recommendations for candidates who have the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire our students.
  • Transition successful candidates to course producers, ensuring a smooth handoff for the course development process.
  • Work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, providing insights and feedback to improve future sourcing.
