A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in roles focused on interviewing and screening.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-caliber professionals.
Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in assessing talent and understanding what makes a great teacher.
Comfortable with recruitment and communication tools like Zoom, LinkedIn, and Hubspot.
Proactive with excellent time management and self-motivation in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates sourced by the recruiting team, evaluating both their teaching potential and alignment with ELVTR's mission.
Communicate the ELVTR story, emphasizing our values and the impact of joining our team of instructors.
Make recommendations for candidates who have the expertise, passion, and communication skills to inspire our students.
Transition successful candidates to course producers, ensuring a smooth handoff for the course development process.
Work closely with recruiting sourcers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, providing insights and feedback to improve future sourcing.
