Responsibilities:

• Provide direct product support to physicians and healthcare staff for the Galaxy System.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts and participate in training sessions.
• Support medical procedures and collect Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Attend weekly clinical reviews and contribute insights.
• Plan and execute mock procedures for training purposes.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities.
