Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting.
• Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts.
• Ability to effectively utilize a CRM for tracking progress.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driver's record check.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product support to physicians and staff.
• Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory.
• Facilitate collection and review of KPIs for quarterly clinical and business reviews.
• Develop mastery of the Galaxy System and relevant clinical call points.
• Conduct marketing, outreach, and education events in collaboration with other team members.
• Support initial physician training and program growth.
• Manage the development of KOLs, including live observations and education events.
• Comfort with travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
