Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, API integration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with API protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP) and knowledge of common programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical implementation working closely with the customer and internal teams.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot systems to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Oversee API integrations, ensuring smooth data flows between systems.
• Serve as the technical point of contact during implementations, addressing queries and troubleshooting.
• Train customers and end-users on customized features.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure implementations align with customer needs.
• Document configuration processes for internal and customer use.
• Contribute to the development of implementation best practices.
• Monitor implementation performance metrics to improve future projects.
