Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in management, coordination, or similar roles.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with databases and familiarity with management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to tackle any challenge.
  • A reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Availability to work US business hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and organize medical and billing records, ensuring every detail is accurate.
  • Connect with healthcare providers to gather essential documents that keep cases moving forward.
  • Interact with clients, collecting important documents like police reports and hospital records.
  • Draft demand letters and maintain client information in our CRM system.
  • Act as the communication bridge between attorneys and clients, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
  • Stay on top of legal paperwork, filing liens, and preparing case summaries.
