Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a similar position.
• Professional experience with 2 or more CAT tools from the project management perspective.
• Translation experience preferred even if many years ago; willingness to handle repetitive tasks while striving for automation.
• Tech-savvy with attention to detail, good at tracking, documenting, and establishing processes.
• Knowledge of CAT tools and translation workflows.
• Fluency in at least 2 languages besides English.
• Familiarity with major bug reporting platforms such as Jira.
• Experience in cost tracking, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Problem solver and flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing and managing current localization processes and workflows and establish new ones while improving existing ones.
• Manage the entire localization process to reach the best quality in the shortest time with the happiest team in current and future projects based on their specifics.
• Manage localization projects from beginning to end.
• Work closely with language specialists, localization engineers, internal business partners, and external vendors.
• Develop project plans and workflows.
• Managing time, budget, resources and quality control.
