Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in IT or small business sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and basic knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage potential clients through cold calls and emails, primarily following up after marketing campaigns.
  • Provide weekly marketing reports to leadership on leads generated, lead sources, cost per lead, closed sales, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Assist with creating and managing campaigns within the company’s CRM.
  • Support weekly prospecting campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Oversee inbound lead qualification and follow-up, ensuring all leads are accurately tracked and managed.
