Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in IT or small business sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Proficiency in various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and basic knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel; ability to work with database files and Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong formatting skills for marketing communications, emails, and sales letters.
- Ability to follow a production schedule, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through cold calls and emails, primarily following up after marketing campaigns.
- Provide weekly marketing reports to leadership on leads generated, lead sources, cost per lead, closed sales, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Assist with creating and managing campaigns within the company’s CRM.
- Support weekly prospecting campaigns, both online and offline.
- Oversee inbound lead qualification and follow-up, ensuring all leads are accurately tracked and managed.
