Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate).
• Experience working with Figma and Canva (or equivalent design use).
• Experience working with Midjourney and/or relevant AI apps for copywriting support.
• Excellent follow-through and strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficient with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• High-level understanding of social platforms and deep understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok platforms.
• Outstanding communication skills with creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for wellness community and herbal medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Director of Growth on building Paid Media campaigns and ads on Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Support writing copy optimized for paid ads when needed.
• Executing quickly on new design assets for paid ads.
• Reporting on performance data to help analyze trends week over week.
• Stay up to date with trends across platforms and present relevant ideas to the team.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality with all materials and information.
• Take on special projects as assigned which may include research into topics of interest.
