Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of business experience in a customer-facing position.
• Willing to travel up to 10% nationally with occasional international travel possible.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple activities with little oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Passionate about continuous improvement both technically and professionally.
• Flexibility to work US Time Zones.

Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests from creation to document handoff.
• Work on AI Automation Implementation projects by designing and configuring applications on the Five9 platform.
• Provide configuration advice and problem resolution on the Five9 product to customers.
• Train customers for a thorough understanding of the application.
• Engage in consulting engagements and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
