Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an engineering manager or senior team leader.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including software engineering and architecture.
• Mandatory domain knowledge in SaaS product development.
• Excellent levels of both written and spoken English.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Stay updated with modern technologies and frameworks.
• Implement AI tools for better delivery speed and quality enhancements.
