Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Business Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture, real estate, or construction.
• Strong relationship-building skills with external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Google Suite, Asana, Notion, etc.).
• Fluency in English and German; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential new properties and conduct technical due diligence.
• Lead project execution, acting as the main contact for external parties.
• Manage coordination with contractors and developers, holding regular meetings.
• Organize internal coordination with various teams.
• Develop launch strategies and coordinate all departments involved in the launch.
• Identify workflow improvements and conduct post-launch reviews.
