Requirements:

Proven experience in collections, preferably in a real estate or property management setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software for maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet collection targets with a sense of urgency.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of calls during peak periods.
Experience in finance or real estate will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

Contact tenants (call, text, and email) regarding rental collections and payment reminders with a strong sense of urgency.
Establish payment arrangements and negotiate Promise To Pay (PTP) agreements with delinquent tenants.
Maintain accurate records of communication and payment arrangements in Google Sheets or similar platforms.
Collaborate with the property management team to streamline collection processes and improve overall efficiency.
Provide support in building strong tenant relationships and addressing any concerns related to rent payments.
