Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline.
3 years of related experience.
Knowledge of MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel.
Experience with Costpoint (at least 1 year).
Understanding of the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provides direct support to projects with any finance issues including project setup, billing, collections, analysis of actual vs. plan.
Reviews contract proposals and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, and appropriate contract setup.
Works with PMs to understand their key business metrics and monitors finance compliance.
Reviews and monitors project P&L with PMs and CFO on a monthly basis.
Prepares strategic plans and monitors variance between plan and actuals.
Maintains accurate records of expenditures and directs preparation of expenditure projections.
