Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, computer science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant technical writing experience.
• Ability to interface with technical staff and end-users to gather functional requirements.
• Experience in good documentation practices and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Change Management and phases of the SDLC.
• Previous software development experience.
• Attention to detail and capability to update existing documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work activities and write/edit technical documents such as manuals, reports, and specifications.
• Develop and distribute communications related to software releases and process changes.
• Edit documentation for style, clarity, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
• Research technical concepts to create and update documents.
• Conduct interviews with technical staff to gather documentation data.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain documentation for software products.
• Strategically document and train processes for culture integration.
• Evaluate draft documents and attend reviews.
