VP of Product Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (or equivalent).
• 7+ years’ experience in product management or related fields.
• Management experience of teams of 10 or more.
• 5+ years of experience with SaaS enterprise software.
• Proven ability to analyze product opportunities for differentiation.
• Strong understanding of analytics/business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
• Highly collaborative with ability to align multiple stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making and strategic execution capabilities.
• Must be a high-energy self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the product roadmap and delivery impacting the business.
• Collaborate with engineering to manage schedules and delivery.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Crunchtime products.
• Build and nurture the product management team.
• Communicate solutions organization-wide.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment of product strategy.
• Translate market needs into product requirements with engineering.
• Engage with customer stakeholders for feedback.
• Capture market perceptions and contribute to strategy through advisory groups.
• Support the sales team in strategic discussions.
