Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a pre- and post-sales technical support position.
• Proficiency with RF instruments like signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have clearance at SECRET level or ability to obtain it within 12 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to U.S. government contract requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning, customer training, system optimization.
• Become an expert on Silvus' radio and networking solutions and their advantages over competitors.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and equipment evaluations.
• Visit customer sites for technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot issues and analyze field failures, providing feedback to the development team.
• Assist in resource allocation and hardware maintenance for sales activities.
• Drive future product development.
