Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry, specifically with fleet managed maintenance programs.
  • 2+ years in a software company in a customer success or account executive role.
  • Strong skills in activating, onboarding, enabling and supporting automotive retailers.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
  • Cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive hands-on mindset with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to establish constructive relationships with partners and vendors.
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including Google Suite, Slack, CRM.
Responsibilities:
  • Source, build, maintain, onboard and enhance relationships with diverse marketplace vendors.
  • Support and manage seamless onboarding experience for new Marketplace partners.
  • Serve as Tier 2 customer support for vendor issues.
  • Regularly assess success metrics and vendor relationships and work with vendors on issues.
  • Identify process and product gaps and champion partner needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Be the face of Fleetio to Marketplace partners, providing leadership on industry trends.
