Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner.
• Relevant post-secondary qualification in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in tech and understanding SaaS business models.
• Proven track record of strategic partnerships that impact business outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in analytics and data-driven decision-making practices.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and US employment law.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Form a strategic partnership with the client group.
• Work closely with the go-to-market team to understand their key business priorities.
• Drive manager effectiveness by coaching managers and developing learning initiatives.
• Facilitate talent density by assessing organizational needs.
• Navigate Employee Relations by managing cases effectively.
• Champion data-driven decision-making using analytics.
• Lead talent projects and initiatives within the P&C center of excellence.
