Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience.
  • Experience in Enterprise sales cycles or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in selling complex solutions.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC and value selling techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with customer evaluations and deployments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud software, IoT, networking, and automation systems.
  • Experience with integration projects, including comprehension of RESTful APIs and scripting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of Samsara’s products and services through on-site and remote presentations.
  • Facilitate proof-of-concept trials for potential customers, ensuring understanding and utilization of the Samsara platform.
  • Work closely with Product Management to support the development of the Samsara platform.
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs related to functional and technical elements.
  • Organize and analyze information to eliminate sales obstacles creatively.
  • Maintain high availability to Sales and cross-functional teams, impacting sales and product development.
  • Engage in team communication channels to share knowledge and practices.
