Requirements:

• High school diploma required, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working in a customer service or call center setting.
• Prior experience working in a law firm or other legal setting is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize and connect with clients who may be in a stressful or traumatic situation.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain focus and accuracy when multitasking.
• Must have a reliable computer and internet connection to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls with a high level of customer service.
• Conduct interviews with prospective clients to qualify and gather necessary information.
• Complete client intake forms and manage client communication.
• Use empathy to connect with prospective clients and help them understand the legal process.
• Demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Effectively communicate the services offered by the law firm to individual clients.
• Work with case management software and other computer programs to manage client information.
