Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or equivalent role, preferably in SaaS
• Proven expertise managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok
• High level of expertise with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Salesforce, Tableau, Heap
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to senior leadership
• Experience working with marketing agencies as a collaborative partner
• Resourceful approach with a proactive mindset towards work
• Experience in inbound/organic marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing
• Data-driven mindset with motivation to optimize customer journey

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the performance marketing agency to manage and optimize campaigns
• Measure and report on the performance of paid campaigns, making strategic recommendations
• Guide the creative process for high-performing creative aligned with brand goals
• Evaluate mid-campaign and post-campaign performance for data-driven recommendations
• Forecast paid targets with performance marketing agency and leadership
• Plan and manage projects, including budgeting and timelines
• Collaborate closely with teams to run tests and optimize campaigns
