Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the IT field.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies (SCRUM / Agile).
• Ability to track deliverables with attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in business analysis and modeling/prototyping tools.
• Blockchain experience is a plus.
• Experience with RDBMS is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English: Upper Intermediate/Advanced.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the progress of engineering development projects and coordinate sprint releases.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective.
• Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
• Guide the team in accurately estimating project timelines and facilitate team estimates.
• Drive team execution during iterations and communicate with management and stakeholders.
• Manage project conflicts and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
• Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis to enhance productivity.
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles to facilitate workflow.
• Maintain team data in project management software (e.g., JIRA) for efficient execution.
• Prepare and present high-level project updates for senior management.
