Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to ensure onboarding and success.
• Take ownership of client onboarding, overseeing tech setup and database integration.
• Serve as a primary contact during introductory calls with new clients.
• Create personalized onboarding plans in collaboration with clients.
• Coordinate effective training sessions for clients and sales representatives.
• Deliver comprehensive reports to clients to influence decisions.
• Engage in quarterly reviews with dealer groups to address concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client inquiries.
• Investigate client challenges, propose solutions, and enhance customer experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
