Requirements:

• At least 2 years as a Content Specialist, E-learning Content Specialist, or similar position.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of SaaS conversion funnel and product-led growth principles.
• Experience with A/B tests.
• Hands-on experience with video content building tools (e.g., Veed, Screen studio, Loom, Arcade) and familiarity with product adoption tools (e.g., Userflow, Candu, Chameleon).
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to identify and reduce friction in user experience.
• Curious, analytical, and willing to experiment.

Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging and interactive instructions that simplify business process automation for users.
• Collaborate with User Research, Design, Growth Marketing, BI Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance user experience.
• Dive into quantitative and qualitative user insights.
• Monitor and report on business metrics to stakeholders.
