Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional services environment in an operational role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven operations management experience in a professional services context.
• Strong financial skills including budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, contract management, and resource planning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, monitor performance, and recommend cost optimizations.
• Oversee resource allocation, support Delivery Managers for optimal alignment with project requirements, and address potential shortages.
• Facilitate the invoicing process and resolve discrepancies with the finance department.
• Lead contract management, ensuring compliance and maintaining contract documentation.
• Document and standardize operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and owning operational projects.
