Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare marketing role.
• Ability to create key messages for product commercialization based on insights.
• Hands-on experience with organizing and executing over 15 conferences and tradeshows annually in EMEA.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel and communicate effectively with global teammates.
• Fluent in both English and German.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage marketing initiatives including events and digital marketing for product and company visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create market-specific value propositions and messaging.
• Ensure all marketing materials receive necessary legal and regulatory approvals before distribution.
• Align regional marketing campaigns with the overall global marketing strategy and select appropriate product strategies.
