Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT experience.
Experience in a multi-office environment preferred.
Experience working in a law firm environment required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall performance, security, and availability of the Firm’s network and infrastructure.
Implement secure network and infrastructure solutions.
Remediate security vulnerabilities discovered in infrastructure.
Assess the Firm’s current and future network and infrastructure needs.
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all IT systems.
Provide expertise and support during system upgrades and installations.
Oversee system development and integration of new systems.
Work with the CIO to develop strategies to enhance client services.
Manage and develop IT staff to meet the firm's technology needs.
Collaborate with the CIO on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
