Corporate Counsel

Requirements:

• A university degree in Law (LLM preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English (both oral and written).
• Strong knowledge of global commercial and contractual laws.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least three years experience negotiating contracts, particularly for software/SaaS.
• Understanding of processes related to review, execution, and storage of contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, provide guidance on, and negotiate commercial procurement contracts.
• Negotiate contracts with Salesloft partners and other types of partnerships.
• Work with the Procurement Manager to improve processes and implement controls.
• Develop action plans with internal business clients to resolve contract negotiation issues.
• Build relationships with various internal departments to ensure high service levels.
