Requirements:

• Experience in the Medical Device industry
• Experience hiring and mentoring a team of sales hunters
• Ability to forecast quarterly and yearly sales goals
• Proficient use of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Extensive IDN/Health network experience
• C-Suite experience within hospitals
• 10+ years of experience in the medical device space
• Experience managing a team of 10+ people
• Experience in long sales cycle/strategy development

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive sales strategies and initiatives
• Participate in strategic account planning
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies
• Analyze and improve current processes
• Assess staff performance
• Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly sales projections
• Use and review Salesforce CRM
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback
• Work closely with marketing to establish support, channel, and partner programs
• Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners
