Requirements:

• 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience required.
• 2+ years of experience leading a remote team, with the ability to hire and train high-performing individuals.
• Marketo certification required.
• Advanced skills in Salesforce, Marketo, data visualization platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity or experience with 6sense is a plus.
• Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Marketing tech stack, driving overall technology roadmap, optimizing operations.
• Use data analysis to understand Marketing's performance and improve it.
• Serve as a trusted resource for Marketing and Sales organizations.
• Establish weekly and monthly KPIs to gauge Marketing's impact on revenue.
• Create processes for data integrity and consistency.
• Manage a remote team to respond to marketing requests efficiently.
• Supply critical data on prospects and customers to the go-to-market teams.
