Senior Backend Engineer - Mailing specialist

Requirements:

• 10+ years in the US mailing industry with direct experience in Direct Mail systems.
• Proficiency in USPS standards and terminology.
• 7+ years building scalable back-end solutions using Node.js, .NET, or Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, WebSockets, and understanding of microservice architecture.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Close communication with Direct Mail external vendors.
• Design, build, maintain, and scale Direct Mail processes (address hygiene, presorting, deduping, compliance assets generation).
• Collaborate with the PM and other teams to effectively meet product and technical needs.
• Proactively participate in improvements and existing solutions tuning.
• Build, release and configuration management (Git) of software deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
