• 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree.
• 8+ years of proven experience managing Sales Operations functions.
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that enhance sales productivity.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales strategy, quota setting, and account assignments.
• Drive annual planning activities like revenue growth projections and headcount planning.
• Manage the sales funnel through data, systems, strategy, and process.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and overall pipeline health.
• Support goal setting, tracking, and performance measurement.
• Act as a cross-functional subject matter expert.
