Requirements:
  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Experience hiring and mentoring a team of sales hunters.
  • Ability to accurately forecast quarterly and yearly sales goals.
  • Proficient use of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Extensive IDN/Health network experience.
  • C-Suite experience within hospitals.
  • 10+ years of experience in the medical device space.
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ people.
  • Experience in long sales cycle and strategy development.
  • Candidates with an MBA are preferred but a Bachelor's Degree will be considered with proven experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic account planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies.
  • Analyze and improve current processes.
  • Assess staff performance.
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly sales projections.
  • Use and review Salesforce CRM.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
