Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Development in the hospitality sector or with a SaaS company.
  • Wide network within the Korean travel industry is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable navigating software and conducting webinars.
  • Proven experience delivering live and virtual presentations.
  • Hunter mentality to drive new business.
  • Open and direct communication style with a consultative approach.
  • Fluency in English and Korean.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and related sales tools.
  • High level of diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • As a hunter, source potential client opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networks.
  • Respond to incoming product inquiries and format tailor-made proposals.
  • Organize product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Upsell products to existing clients based on their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts balancing service and profit margins.
  • Help build and execute the business development plan aiming for process improvements.
  • Attend meetings and international conferences, and organize regional roadshows.
  • Provide client feedback to the Product Development team for product reviews.
  • Track efforts in the CRM system and achieve KPIs and targets.
