Requirements:

• Have 4+ years of experience in pediatrics/infant care.
• Reside in a nursing compact state.
• Be internet-connected and capable of remote work via video, phone, and text.
• Willing to obtain licenses in multiple states.
• Possess a flexible and agile thinking attitude embracing change.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in direct pediatric patient care during overnight shifts.
• Assess urgent pediatric concerns and triage patients appropriately.
• Document all patient encounters that occur overnight.
• Collaborate with daytime clinical staff for seamless transition of care.
• Represent Pomelo practice with warmth and professionalism.
• Demonstrate humility, accountability, and initiative in patient interactions.
