• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or similar.
• 2+ years of experience providing internal teams with data for decision-making.
• Banking or financial background is a plus.
• Strong analytical and coding skills, including SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Valued proficiency in Python and analysis tools like Pandas, SciPy, Scikit, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, and R.
• Strong strategic vision and business mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable in high-growth, high-performance startup environments.

• Deliver insights and data to drive core strategies of the Courier Supply Excellence team.
• Identify methods to enhance courier engagement using analytics.
• Refine key operational metrics like delivery time and efficiency.
• Develop analytical frameworks and effectively communicate across the department.
• Dive deep into data to improve KPIs and take accountability for outcomes.
• Own the main company KPIs from development to consumption.
• Understand local needs by empathizing with couriers.
• Perform quantitative analyses and A/B tests for strategic opportunities.
• Innovate to improve courier profitability.
