Requirements:

  • Lead our enterprise master data initiatives to ensure a single, accurate, and consistent view of key entities like patients and providers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business and analytic stakeholders to translate business needs into practical scalable data solutions.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable, efficient data architectures.
  • Lead a team of data owners accountable for the usability, quality, and governance of our enterprise data assets.
  • Lead a team of analytic data engineers to enrich and curate data cost-effectively.
  • Partner with legal, security, product, and engineering leaders to implement best practices in data governance.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, set clear goals, and mentor staff.
  • Drive adoption of data products and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
