- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational development.
- Significant experience leading programs in a remote-first global environment.
- Proven experience in program management or organizational development.
- Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of a remote-first workforce.
- Strong strategic thinking and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Build and deploy culture programs that unite and engage our globally dispersed teams.
- Be accountable for the New Hire onboarding experience, including scaling and regionalizing our onboarding and buddy programs.
- Serve as the custodian of the Twilio Magic values and ensure they are consistently communicated and embedded in the employee experience.
- Design programs that enhance cultural engagement across time zones and work environments.
- Regularly assess Twilio’s culture through surveys and feedback to refine culture strategies.
- Create narratives that highlight Twilio’s culture and collaborate with internal communications teams.
- Partner with key culture carriers to ensure cohesiveness among culture programs.
- Establish KPIs to measure culture program effectiveness and report to senior leadership.
